Text archive search feature

Some of you may have noticed that the search feature on the text file archive does not work. In fact it has not worked since we launched the site. With the number of server and software changes we have done over the years, we have not been able to establish a stable MySQL database. We are currently working on completing the database soon. This will also allow database options used by our Hotline server to function again.
