Server open for public access - September 2004

Today marks the beginning of September. It is also exactly two months since the launch of an attack on preterhuman.net causing a complete loss of service for several days, resulting in the temporary closure of the text file archive. There are now multiple users maintaining security and will completely ban any clients violating our rules of access.
