French ISPs blocked

After being attacked by IPs on both Wanadoo and Numericable, we have decided to permanently block all users of both those providers. Their constant exploiting of our chat server has caused us much anger as we are forced to pay lawyers to stop them. As a result of this, we carry a strong disliking of the French.
