preterhuman.net re-opens after major hardware failure

After losing the IDE chain on our main server, our backup server's boot drive fried. This, in addition to being terminated by our ISP, led to the closure of all services for several months. The server is back up coincidentally on the same machine which was used to launch the site in 2001. Database services will be unavailable until mid-October (text file search, forums). Clients of our Hotline server must contact netfreak as all account information was lost.
